Returns and Refund

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us before sending the item back. We guarantee that all products you buy are free of defects or you may return it immediately for a new replacement. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us at info@tastybiscotti.com and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim. 

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us within a period of 7 days. Before returning any item please contact us at info@tastybiscotti.com for a return form. 

When returning an item, please make sure to use the original packaging with all accessories. 

  • 1. Return forms should be completely filled in and sent back for Return Authorisation (RA). If you don’t have return forms, please do ask before sending the returns.
  • 2. Order Number should be clearly mentioned otherwise claims won’t be refunded.
  • 3. We are not responsible for item lost during returning.
  • 4. Wrong items ordered by buyer will be returned at buyer's expense.
  • 5. For any item missing in delivery, please notify us within 48hrs of delivery.
  • 6. For the parts that are damaged in transit, you must notify within 24Hrs on info@tastybiscotti.com
  • 7. We will cover the return postage if the reason of the return isn't the Customer's fault.

  • Once we receive the return item/items with all accessories, we will refund the full amount within 5 days. If a replacement was requested we will proceed in dispatching new item/items without any additional or new charges.
